1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ORIZIN3D's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

ORIZIN3D provides 3D printing and manufacturing services including but not limited to:

FDM, SLA, and SLS 3D printing
Rapid prototyping
Low-volume batch manufacturing
Post-processing and finishing services
Custom scale models and corporate gifts

3. Quotes and Orders

Quotes provided by ORIZIN3D are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment or written acceptance. Lead times begin from receipt of final approved files and payment.

4. File Requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring their design files are accurate and suitable for manufacturing. ORIZIN3D reserves the right to reject files that cannot be manufactured to specifications.

5. Intellectual Property

Customer retains all intellectual property rights to designs submitted for manufacturing. ORIZIN3D will not use customer designs for any purpose other than fulfilling the customer's order.

6. Quality and Tolerances

ORIZIN3D manufactures to industry-standard tolerances unless otherwise agreed upon. We provide DFM (Design for Manufacturability) feedback to help optimize designs.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as specified in individual quotes. Standard terms require full payment before production unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

ORIZIN3D's liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
